Fall has a lot brewing! Join us at the Buffalo Rd. Brewpub for The Great Fall Pour, a four-course beer pairing dinner highlighting the distinctive character of autumn brews. With tart cranberry notes, malty harvest ales, and a smooth vanilla porter rounding out the evening, each pour brings something different to the table.

THE MENU

Course 1 • House-Made Ricotta, Prosciutto, Fig Balsamic Compote, Micro-Greens, Toasted Olive Oil Salt Bread Paired with Sanctuary Moon

Course 2 • Pumpkin Bisque, Crème Fraîche, Toasted Pepitas Paired with Cranberry Berlinerwise

Course 3 [choice of entrée] • Braised Short Rib, Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Sautéed Broccoli Rabe OR Pan-Seared Halibut, Parsnip Puree, Sweet Corn Bacon and Leek Succotash, Vanilla Saffron Beurre Blanc Paired with Harvest Ale
