Fitness Chemist Full Time Celebration: Heroboard Pilates™ Class Pop-Up

This 45 min. HEROBOARD PILATES™ Class Pop-Up will be hosted in celebration of The Fitness Chemist going FULL TIME FITNESS!!! Classes are 45 min. and include a low impact, but still challening workout with the Heroboard and yoga blocks. All equipment, including mats will be provided. We will have giveaways, HEROBOARD PILATES™ class credits and The Fitness Chemist products for sale. All HEROBOARD PILATES™ sessions will take place at the Lumos Culver Armory space in the back flex room. I can't wait to celebrate with you! Classes are 45 minutes and limited to 6 people each.
