- ➤ The Rochester Teachers Association is pursuing arbitration with the city school district over ongoing payroll errors that have affected over 1,000 school employees since the switch to the Oracle Fusion Program on July 1. The union said it may push for a new payroll vendor if the issues are not corrected soon—hoping to restore confidence in timely, accurate pay. WXXI News
