- ➤ On June 27, Rochester Police were called after a mini-bike rider was hit by a car on Locust Street—neighbors shouted at officers and the incident led to the arrest of an 18-year-old for menacing and resisting arrest and a 24-year-old for obstructing police and resisting arrest. News 10
- ➤ At 10 a.m. Tuesday, surveillance video from Cafe Sasso on Park Ave showed the owner confronting Oleksandr Levytskyy—previously arrested for a similar incident—as he harassed a barista, threw soda on paintings, and police later arrested him on charges of harassment and trespassing. News 10
- ➤ The Rochester Police Department warned residents to be alert for 29-year-old Oleksandr Levytskyy who was arrested in July for stalking and harassing women at Great Embankment Park and near Cafe Sasso on Park Avenue — he was charged with harassment and trespassing before being released from custody.
