- ➤ Two brothers, Alexander Lugo-Torres and Alexis Lugo-Torres, were sentenced for assaulting Rochester police officers during a May incident near Casa Campo Restaurant on East Main Street—Alexander faces 10 years in prison with 5 years post-release supervision while Alexis will serve 5 years with 5 years post-release supervision.
