- ➤ A Tuesday-released video from Rochester Police shows officers chasing Edison Estremera-Cohen on June 22 on the north side after he fatally shot David Vazquez early that day—records show he was later booked in Monroe County Jail, indicted on murder and other charges, and one officer suffered head and ear injuries from muzzle flash.
