- ➤ Rochester police arrested 20-year-old Jawanza Abrams on Friday after he shot two people on Ferris Street earlier this year, killing 23-year-old Jeremiah Maddox and injuring a 19-year-old man in a home kept as an extra residence for children—police said the shooting stemmed from an ongoing dispute over illegal activity with further charges possible.
