- ➤ A man is recovering after he was stabbed multiple times on Concord and Wesley streets on the northeast side off North Street—Rochester police arrived at 12:30 a.m. Friday and arrested a 41-year-old woman on assault charges while the 49-year-old victim was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital. - ➤ One year ago, Cleveland police officer Jamieson Ritter was fatally shot while responding to an assault call—Monroe County Sheriff Todd Baxter and community leaders honored his memory with memorial events including a candlelight vigil and a newly renamed lodge. Rochester First
