- ➤ On May 10, 2025, Rochester police responded to Augustine Street near Dove Street after a suspected marijuana deal turned violent when an 18-year-old was shot in the upper body and taken to hospital, and officers later arrested 19-year-old Reginald Sampson for robbery, attempted murder and other charges after recovering a loaded ghost gun from the vehicle driven by 20-year-old Taneihja McKnight—both suspects now remain at Monroe County Jail.
