- ➤ 49-year-old Shawnle McClary was sentenced to 15 years in prison on federal gun and drug charges after January raids at a house on Forester Street and his Greece home found a kilo of crack and cocaine, over 200 grams of fentanyl, guns, and more than $7,600 in cash—prosecutors said he was part of a drug ring in northeast Rochester. - ➤ FBI agents arrested Afghan citizen Dilbar Dilbar on Blossom Road for alleged felony visa fraud—he used a false name to secure an Afghan passport (he faces up to 10 years in prison and a detention hearing next Friday) as protestors gathered nearby to contest ICE actions. NewsRadio WHAM

- ➤ Highland Park will host the 127th annual Lilac Festival from May 9 to May 18 with free live music — including American Idol winner Chayce Beckham and local bands—and events like guided walking tours, a local farmers market and a non-alcoholic bar.
