- ➤ Rochester police said 18-year-old Michael Garcia was charged with attempted second degree murder, first degree assault and two counts of second degree criminal possession of a weapon after he shot a man outside a home on Alphonse Street and unintentionally hit a 17-year-old girl inside during a late-night retaliation—both victims were taken to Strong Memorial Hospital. - ➤ Federal agents arrested Rochester father of five Dilbar Gul Dilbar on May 1 for allegedly using forged documents to secure a Special Immigrant Visa—authorities say he submitted fraudulent paperwork that led to a search of his Blossom Road home and he remains in custody as a flight risk.
