- ➤ An 18-year-old led troopers on a chase in a stolen Kia when police tried to stop the car around 2:30 p.m. on the city’s northwest side—troopers ended the pursuit on Glenwood Avenue using a tire deflation device and said he has an active Monroe County Sheriff’s Office warrant. News 10
