CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ At Maple Weekend, visitors learned New York’s traditional maple syrup-making methods at Letchworth State Park while tapping trees and boiling sap over fire, and they enjoyed a pancake breakfast; the syrup is available for sale at the local nature center. News 10
