- ➤ Teams from the Finger Lakes region took part in the first Regional Robotics Competition at Rochester Institute of Technology—where students used engineering and design skills to tackle real problems—on March 13th. - ➤ Graduate student workers at the University of Rochester will vote on a strike on Monday, March 24 after union organizers say the school stopped them from unionizing for higher pay— they want a better deal for teaching and research help. - ➤ Students at School of the Arts joined the ROC2CHANGE Summit on March 14, 2025 to learn about empathy, resilience, and inclusion+ sessions helped spark open talks among diverse student groups.
