- ➤ Rochester residents can sign up for over 100 spring recreation programs running from March through June at local R-Centers, including swim lessons, dance for fitness, and after school care (free for city residents) for kids, adults, and families. - ➤ Blue Star Mothers Rochester offers help and advice for families with deployed service members. - ➤ Union leaders resumed Wednesday morning's contract talks at Unity Living Center — following a 10-day notice from the union — as 110 workers without a current contract, which lapsed last July and again Feb. 18, pressed for higher wages, staff incentive and preceptor pay. News 10
