- ➤ The Kocina Stingray Sushifusion 2Go restaurant in Rochester closed on Jan. 30 as its food truck—known for blending Latin and Japanese cuisines at local festivals since 2013—will not operate this year. - ➤ The City of Rochester’s Office of Financial Empowerment launched its second Prepare to Prosper Business Academy cohort for 20 minority entrepreneurs — an eight‑month program that will train on financial management, marketing and bookkeeping.
