  • Developer Angelo Ingrassia plans to redevelop the former Colgate Divinity campus at South Goodman Street and Highland Avenue into 136 apartments, including 27 affordable units, with construction set to begin in April and finish in October 2027 (the $46 million project seeks $9 million in tax incentives).  WXXI News
