Wind Symphony and Chamber Ensembles

About this event

Energy Transformed: From Spark to Fusion Take a musical journey through Energy Transformed: From Spark to Fusion, a dynamic concert tracing how a single spark ignites, rests, splits, and finally fuses into form. From the bright ignition of Giroux’s Overture in Five Flat and the eruption of Mackey’s Fission to the transcendent stillness of Ticheli’s Rest and the masterfully built architecture of Persichetti’s Divertimento for Band, the Nazareth University Wind Symphony (Nancy Russo, conductor) brings to life music in its most elemental states. Join us for an evening of sound as volatile, vital, and transformative as energy itself.
