The Vet Will See You Now is best described as Kitchen Confidential meets All Creatures Great and Small . Using stories as a backdrop, the book delivers current veterinary information that every pet owner needs. It is a behind-the-scenes view of a veterinary hospital, showing readers what happens on the other side of the “employees only” door. The stories are irreverent, bitingly satirical on occasion, often humorous, and sometimes tragic.
