“ Tech Tools for Pricing Properties” Description: This course navigates the variety oftools and methods used in valuing or pricing properties. Students will examineBroker Price Opinions (BPOs), Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs), AutomatedValuation Models (AVMs), Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD), REALTOR® PropertyResource (RPR), and REALTOR® Valuation Models (RVM). Each method will beexplained in terms of purpose, use, and limitations, along with the legal,ethical, and professional standards that govern their use in New York State. Workshopstyle class, hands on course requirements. Account set up with RPR on theirlaptop or tablets. Website version not mobile. RPR has one Method of valuationand completing a CMA.
