The usual details:
Join us every Wednesday at 6 PM year-round for a free group trail run.
On Wednesday Nights at 6 p.m., our friendly group meets at various parks and trailheads and heads out together for an hour-long trail run.
What to Expect:
• Guided runs: Led by Medved Staff and Ambassadors.
• Approx. 1-hour duration: Enjoy a leisurely run through scenic trails.
• All levels welcome: Runners of all speeds and abilities are encouraged to join.
• Free participation: No cost to join the runs.
Safety First:
• Leave pets at home: For the comfort of all participants, our runs are human only.
• We run in all kinds of weather: Please note that run locations may be altered depending on trail conditions. Changes will be posted before the run on our Instagram account @Medvedrun, in the shop’s weekly newsletter , and on the website event page .
