About this event

Saturday, November 14th from 1:30-3:00pm: Don Alhart Book Release and Signing . Don Alhart will be back in the store for a signing of his brand new book McCurdy’s Christmas Surprise! This story continues the magical holiday journey of “Sibley” and “McCurdy” inspired by memories of downtown Rochester from veteran TV news broadcaster, Don Alhart. Proceeds from this book benefit the Rochester Rotary Sunshine Camp, which supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families in the Rochester community since 1922. Stop in to The Bird House between 1:30-3pm to meet Don, purchase the book, and have it signed.
