The HEROBOARD PILATES™ Pop-Up class will be built off the principals of the method. It's a challenging but low-impact workout that delivers serious results. This is a small group class setting that will work side-by-side using equipment like the Heroboard and yoga blocks all while dialing in on technique, precision, and intentional movements designed to strengthen and sculpt. This class will wrap up with a chilled eucalyptus-infused Lumos towel — the ultimate way to cool down, reset, and feel completely revitalized after putting in the work. 45 Minutes - $35 per person This class is 45 minutes and payment will be taken at the end of the session.
